August 6, 6:15-9 am Hiroshima’s Names and Remembrance Ceremony at Y12 nuclear weapons plant gate, Oak Ridge, TN organized by Oak Ridge Environmental Peace Alliance (OREPA). Thousands of workers are reminded that the uranium, that fueled the 1st atomic bomb, which destroyed Hiroshima, was enriched at Y-12. No bus this year. May 10, 2010 Rally around Non-Proliferation Treaty’s last review in New York City. Detroit Area Peace with Justice Network, through Peace Action of Michigan’s office is considering organizing at least 1 bus to NYC.
 
July 3-5, 2010 Celebrating 30 Years of The Nuclear Resister and NUKEWATCH, hosted by OREPA, at Y-12 plant, Oak Ridge. “Join us for a national gathering, culminating with nonviolent anti-nuclear direct action, to declare our independence from nuclear weapons, nuclear power and radioactive waste!”
 

 The Michigan Stop The Bombs Campaign ( MISTBC ), has added Nuclear to our name. Our new name is "The Michigan Stop The Nuclear Bombs Campaign" or "MISTNBC "  Same mission with a new clearer name.
